Natural Face pack for dry and flaky skin

Fed up of dry Skin???

Dry skin looks dry, flaky and peels off giving a dull look.  There are several cosmetic lotions and creams for dry skin available in the market. These contain some artificial chemicals which can be harmful on the skin. Homemade natural remedies for dry skin are easily available, safe and moisturize the dry skin without causing harm on the skin.

So I am back with a wonderful easy   trick to treat dry skin since I can understand the pain of dry skin..huh!! Well this is not a very out of the world trick but trust me it does wonders to your skin. I use it regularly!!

Just spend 30 min twice a week and get glowing skin by applying the following face pack.

 Here we will be using natural ingredients which are easily available and have been known for their properties used to treat skin issues.

Ingredients required:

1    1)  Milk and Cream- Milk is an excellent moisturizer. Soothing nature of milk helps to maintain the delicate pH of your skin.

2     2) Honey-Honey is one of the best natural moisturizer with antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. It locks the moisture in your skin to make is supple.

3    3) Red Lentils (Masoor dal)- It is a protein rich dal which slough off the dead skin and makes skin texture smooth and look brighter.

4   4) Turmeric powder-It has antibacterial properties and thus prevent growth of acne 

Procedure: 

Step 1

1    Soak 2 table spoon of Red Lentil (Masoor dal ) in water overnight and grind it to make a thick and fine paste in the morning.

2   Add 2 table spoon of milk and cream to the paste of masoor dal.

      Step 3 

     Add half spoon turmeric powder to the paste.(You can skip this step if you want to go out immediately as turmeric might leave your face look little yellowish which will disappear after few washes.)

     Step 4

      Add 1 table spoon of honey to it and stir well.

   

     Step 5

   
Apply it to your face (Avoid contact with eyes) and also to your hands and elbow and wait for 15 min (fir better result wait for 30min)

    

    Step 6 

   

      Rinse it off with normal water and you will be surprised to see the results.

Apply this face mask twice a week and see the difference just after the first use.

Aroma Treasures AloeVera Face Wash comes in a sturdy, white opaque cylindrical plastic bottle with a clear pull off lid. As soon as you pull off the lid, you will find a pump dispenser and you just need to press it to dispense the right amount of product.  The packaging is light and can be easily carried around in a bag without any fear of leakage or spillage. The face wash is clear with a strong scent of Aloe Vera.

The texture of the face wash is soft and smooth with gel consistency. I take a small amount of face wash for both face and neck and it creates a decent amount of lather that feels really soft and nice on the skin. It washes away really quickly and does not leave greasy or sticky residue behind. My skin feels fresh, smooth and thoroughly cleansed without any tightness. It removes dirt, oil and non-waterproof makeup effectively but fails in removing waterproof makeup. As I have dry skin, I feel the moisturize skin in my skin. I have not faced any adverse effects whilst using it. 

Application:

Just press the pump despenser twice and the amount of gel relased is enough.

Apply the gel on wet face and neck and move your hands circular motion over it and rinse. Enjoy soft and supple skin.

Pros….

• It leaves face squeaky clean
• Doesn’t make skin dry.
• Leaves skin soft and supple
• Cleanses face deeply

Cons….

• The bottle is not transparent, so, I cannot see how much product is left.

If you have normal to dry skin then I would strongly suggest that you should try this once.
